Pre-production of battery pack uses different equipment including calender machines, coaters, and vacuum blenders. Die-cutting machines, electrode filling machines, and more are also used for middle battery pack production procedures. For final production, equipment such as grading detection machine formation machine, and more are used.
In addition, one of the key procedure necessary for battery pack production is the packing process. Thinpack has state-of-the-art packing automation equipment necessary for design and production application.
Below are the different procedures we perform to manufacture the final battery pack products.
Thinpack adopts the modern laser welding to nickel technology to guarantee quality. Therefore, saving labor cost from man-operated traditional thermit welding. This process is fully automatic and can intelligently adjust the machine while providing consistent and efficient quality. Battery cells that undergo laser welding to nickel are shown to have efficient discharge rate and more internal resistance concentration.
We have integrated an advanced grading of all battery data set kinds with our intelligent grading technology. It can automatically adjust the machine to input the necessary data. The machine can also smartly calibrate, reset, and time to indicate which grade does the battery belong. Cell misjudging risk will be greatly reduced through automatic grading.
After the top sealing process, Thinpack has integrated an automatic taping technology to fill the configuration gap. It also has heat insulation and anti-leakage functions by its automatic machine adjustment. Through our automatic taping, battery cells are guaranteed to have high accuracy and work efficiency.
The frame of the machines has a rotary drive mechanism that is used for weighing and scanning. Through this technology, we can accurately control the rotation angle positioning. The scanning and weighing process takes place after the side sealing procedure. The battery’s side and top are sealed through a clamp machine.
Through our advanced traceability system, all the product’s feedback information, production time, digital identity management, and more are recorded. It also helps in significantly reducing human production accidents. Consumers can also view all the relevant battery information by scanning the code. Hence, enhancing security.
Thinpack integrated environmental data acquisition automatically. This function helps in collecting all data including humidity and temperature of the workshop environment. All the environmental monitoring are uploaded, analyzed, and saved to set standard value to improve problem solving.
This system helps us to perform single or multiple operations. It will automatically upload vacuum and oven temperature and display it to the digital control panel. The centralized baking control system also monitors different functions to ensure stability. It also offer effective injection protection for entire procedures.
